SRG Residential, a premier multifamily property management firm with a large footprint across states, seeks an experienced Leasing Consultant for Muse in Oklahoma City. You will engage prospects, tour properties, qualify applicants, and guide them through lease processes to ensure a seamless rental experience.

The role emphasizes customer service, sales ability, and teamwork, with a schedule Monday–Friday and weekend work as required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of demonstrated sales and customer service experience is required.
• Ability to present information clearly to employees, managers, clients, customers, and the public.
• Effective listening and strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work well on a team and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Interview prospective residents to assess needs and qualifications.
• Show model apartments and discuss layout, facilities, and lease terms.
• Verify applications and lease documents; update records as needed.
• Complete lease forms, collect deposits and fees.
• Introduce residents to procedures and promote positive relationships.
