Job summary

Evergreen Residential is seeking a remote Leasing/Marketing Specialist based in Oklahoma City, OK to champion each home from construction until move-in. You will manage inquiries, maintain dashboards, and ensure accurate listing and compliance across channels.

The role requires 2+ years in property management sales/marketing, an Oklahoma real estate license, and strong communication and organizational skills. Proactive, self-driven, and able to travel within the region as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales/marketing experience in Property Management required.
• Licensed Real Estate Agent in the designated market (OKC) and valid driver’s license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook/Excel/Word) and prospect/resident management systems.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication and people skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with good time management and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing for each home from end of construction/renovation through resident move-in.
• Follow up with prospects daily via text/phone/email.
• Maintain prospect dashboard with high accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies in the leasing process.
• Coordinate self-tours, portal setup and onboarding.
• Meet weekly with Portfolio Manager to review KPIs.
• Ensure marketing photos and publishing to 3rd party sites; escalate issues.
