Job summary

KPM is seeking an ambitious Leasing Consultant to join the team in the Arlington, TX area. This full-time position offers compensation based on experience and serves as the property’s sales representative to greet prospects and secure leases.

Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, explaining the TAA Lease Contract, coordinating move-ins, marketing the property, and maintaining curb appeal.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required / College degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents and team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, present features and benefits of the property, and secure leases from qualified applicants.
• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective residents, current residents and vendors.
• Explain the TAA Lease Contract to residents and prospective residents.
• Prepare and coordinate move-in packets and day-of move-ins with future residents.
• Market the property and coordinate resident activities to drive occupancy.
• Walk the property daily to maintain curb appeal and address conditions.
• Perform other duties assigned.
