Job summary

Heritage Hill Property Management is hiring a Leasing Consultant to join our team. If you’re great with people, enjoy sales and customer service, and want room to grow, this could be the great next step. No property management experience?

That’s okay. We’re looking for someone who can connect with prospective residents, deliver a great customer experience, and help turn interest into signed leases. This isn’t just a leasing job — it can be the first step on a real career path through Heritage

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Availability to work a full-time schedule: 4 weekdays (8:30 AM–5:30 PM) + most Saturdays (10 AM–4 PM).

Responsibilities

Connecting with prospective residents and helping them find the right apartment home.
Conducting property tours and following up with prospects.
Guiding applicants through the leasing and move-in process.
Building positive relationships with current residents.
Partnering with the Property Manager and Maintenance team to keep the community running smoothly.
Supporting occupancy, leasing, and overall property performance.
