Heritage Hill Property Management in St. Louis, MO is seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to connect with prospective residents, conduct tours, and guide applicants through the move-in process.

This entry-level role offers a clear path to leadership through Heritage Hill's EDGE program and potential earnings up to $125,000+ with commissions. You'll collaborate with Property Manager and Maintenance, support occupancy goals, and deliver exceptional customer service, with full-time weekday

Qualifications

• Entry-level friendly; prior leasing or property management experience welcomed but not required.
• Sales, customer service, hospitality, or office experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable talking with prospects, giving tours, following up, and asking for the sale.
• Ability to commute to and around the property and successfully complete a background check.
• Full-time schedule: 4 weekdays 8:30 AM–5:30 PM + most Saturdays 10 AM–4 PM.

Responsibilities

• Connecting with prospective residents and helping them find the right apartment home.
• Conducting property tours and following up with prospects.
• Guiding applicants through the leasing and move-in process.
• Building positive relationships with current residents.
• Partnering with the Property Manager and Maintenance team to keep the community running smoothly.
• Supporting occupancy, leasing, and overall property performance.
