We are a growing property management company in the Atlanta area, owning and managing many multifamily residential communities. We pride ourselves on providing residents with top-tier service through impeccable property management and responsive support. We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Leasing Consultant with a background in sales, preferably in the multifamily residential sector. The role offers hourly pay plus commission, with bonuses based on move-ins and renewals. Weekend work and availability are required.

Leasing Consultant Responsibilities:

• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing laws and certification requirements.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Greet prospective residents, provide property tours, and showcase available units.
• Respond to inquiries via phone and digital channels with accurate information.
• Assist prospective residents with application processes and verify data.
• Follow up on all traffic and inquiries.
• Complete lease packets prior to move-in.
• Prepare leasing office, model units, and informational materials daily.
• Monitor property facilities for cleanliness and proper functioning.
• Assist with marketing efforts as needed.
• Support leasing activities, resident relations, and retention efforts.
• Maintain property and resident files according to company policy.

Additional duties may be assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License
