The role emphasizes excellent customer service, strong communication, and organization to meet leasing goals across a multifamily community in Aurora, IL. On-site duties with travel between properties may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of related leasing or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Tour property with prospects and answer questions about amenities and grounds.
• Drive sales by highlighting community quality and lifestyle of the apartment homes.
• Assist prospects in qualifying for an apartment by collecting information and initiating background checks.
• Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in and coordinate paperwork.
