Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations at Palmetto Creek Townhomes. The role requires onsite presence and involves greeting prospects, showing units, signing leases, and following up to close deals.

Essential duties include marketing outreach, market analysis, and maintaining leasing data. Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is expected; High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct leasing activities including making appointments, generating leads, tours, and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs (events, promotions, newsletters).
• Handle resident complaints and requests to ensure satisfaction.
