Job summary

RADCO Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant who loves helping people and building relationships. You’ll be the face of RADCO, presenting community features and benefits, while contributing to a fun, team-oriented culture.

Expect to schedule tours, process applications, and support marketing efforts. This role rewards initiative, reliability, and a commitment to outstanding service across local markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Strong arithmetic, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to de-escalate, problem-solve, and respond sensitively to customer concerns.
• Experience with social media marketing.
• Takes initiative and is self-motivated to complete tasks.
• Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook experience required.
• YARDI® experience preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of Fair Housing laws preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule virtual, self-guided and in-person tours.
• Welcome and greet guests and tour prospective residents.
• Process rental applications, obtain documents, schedule move-ins and prepare lease files.
• Assist with planning and implementing community marketing plans and events.
• Demonstrate RADCO’s Caring value toward residents, vendors and coworkers.
• Support team with any reasonable tasks to fulfill company objectives.
• May conduct competitor visits, market surveys and local market research.
• Travel within the local market; car ownership not required; carpooling encouraged.

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Team members may be required to use their personal vehicle for business-related travel within the local market area, including visits to competitor properties, company locations, or other business purposes. Mileage reimbursement will be provided in accordance with company policy.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Valid driver’s license may be required based on property size and potential need for use of a golf cart. Position requires individuals to furnish their own reliable transportation to fulfill the job’s functions
• Respond to telephone and internet inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule virtual, self-guided, and in-person tours
• Welcome and greet community guests and tour prospective residents throughout property
• Process rental applications, obtain required documents, schedule move-ins and prepare all lease file documents
• Assist with planning and implementation of community marketing plan and events to generate traffic
• Demonstrate RADCO’s value of Caring by treating residents, vendors, coworkers, and supervisors with respect and professionalism

• Travel may be required within the local market area. RADCO encourages carpooling and the use of shared transportation whenever practical.
