RADCO Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant who loves helping people, building relationships, and creating a fun atmosphere. You will be the face of the community, conveying its features and benefits to prospective residents.

The role requires 1–3 years of customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to de-escalate and solve problems. Proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook and a valid driver's license are expected.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Strong arithmetic, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to de-escalate, problem-solve, and respond sensitively to customer service-related concerns.
• Experience with social media marketing.
• YARDI experience is preferred but not required.
• Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone and internet inquiries to schedule virtual, self-guided, and in-person tours.
• Welcomes and guides community guests and tours prospective residents.
• Process rental applications, obtain documents, schedule move-ins and file lease documents.
• Assist with planning and implementing the community marketing plan and events.
• Demonstrate RADCO's Caring value by treating residents, vendors, coworkers, and supervisors with respect.
• May be required to travel within the local market to support leasing and operations.

Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of Federal, State and local Fair Housing laws is preferred
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Team members may be required to use their personal vehicle for business-related travel within the local market area, including visits to competitor properties, company locations, or other business purposes. Mileage reimbursement will be provided in accordance with company policy.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Valid driver’s license may be required based on property size and potential need for use of a golf cart. Position requires individuals to furnish their own reliable transportation to fulfill the job’s functions
• Respond to telephone and internet inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule virtual, self-guided, and in-person tours
• Welcome and greet community guests and tour prospective residents throughout property
• Process rental applications, obtain required documents, schedule move-ins and prepare all lease file documents
• Assist with planning and implementation of community marketing plan and events to generate traffic
• Demonstrate RADCO’s value of Caring by treating residents, vendors, coworkers, and supervisors with respect and professionalism
• Some responsibilities and duties may not be specifically addressed within this job description. RADCO Living emphasizes a team approach and fully expects every team member to perform any reasonable task or request that is consistent with fulfilling company objectives
• May be required to conduct competitor property visits, market surveys, and local market research as needed to support leasing and operational objectives.
• Travel may be required within the local market area. Such travel may include, but is not limited to, marketing efforts, visiting competitor locations, participating in training, etc. Ownership of a personal vehicle is not a requirement for this position. RADCO encourages carpooling and the use of shared transportation whenever practical.
