Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Strong arithmetic, verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with social media marketing.
• Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook experience is required.
• YARDI experience is preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of Federal, State and local Fair Housing laws is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, in-person).
• Greet guests and tour prospective residents.
• Process rental applications and move-ins; prepare lease documents.
• Assist with planning marketing plans and events to generate traffic.
• Represent RADCO Living with professionalism and care.
• Travel within local market; may use personal vehicle.
