Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract and screen potential tenants, present available properties and negotiate lease terms. You will conduct property tours, respond to inquiries, and ensure a smooth move-in while maintaining strong resident relations.

The role requires effective communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Full-time with a focus on service excellence and occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Leasing apartments to qualified prospects.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist residents with move-in.
• Conduct property tours and respond to inquiries in person, by phone or email.
• Screen applicants and explain lease terms and policies clearly.
• Maintain occupancy and positive relationships with current residents.
• Assist with weekly, monthly, and special reporting.

Job Description:A leasing consultant primary role is to attract and screen potential tenants, provide information about available properties, negotiate lease terms, and ensure a smooth leasing process.As a leasing consultant you will be responsible for leasing properties to prospective tenants, ensuring high occupancy rates, and maintaining positive relationships with current residents. Your role involves marketing and promoting available properties, conducting property tours, screening applicants, negotiating lease agreements, and providing excellent customer service.
