Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract tenants, screen applicants, and guide them through the lease process. You will promote properties, conduct tours, and handle lease paperwork to ensure a smooth move-in.

The role requires customer-focused service, strong communication, and the ability to work with a team to meet occupancy goals. Responsibilities include marketing, responding to inquiries, explaining policies, and coordinating with the Property Manager to maintain

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong negotiating and sales abilities expected.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and provide leasing information.
• Market and promote available properties to maximize occupancy.

Job Description:A leasing consultant primary role is to attract and screen potential tenants, provide information about available properties, negotiate lease terms, and ensure a smooth leasing process.As a leasing consultant you will be responsible for leasing properties to prospective tenants, ensuring high occupancy rates, and maintaining positive relationships with current residents. Your role involves marketing and promoting available properties, conducting property tours, screening applicants, negotiating lease agreements, and providing excellent customer service.
