• Generous Paid Time Off including:

Job Functions

• Respond to phone and email leads to convert them into tours.
• Identify guest needs, conduct tours, and invite them to join our community.
• Complete lease administration accurately and promptly.
• Set goals and prioritize work to ensure community performance.
• Achieve occupancy through leasing and renewals.
• Promote the community locally via social media, events, and reputation management.
• Maintain grounds, amenities, and office cleanliness daily.

Education

High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Experience

Customer service experience preferred; 1 year of leasing or sales experience is a plus.

Licenses & Certifications

Valid driver’s license required. CALP certification is a plus. Hawthorne offers education reimbursement and career development opportunities.
