About the Role: As a Leasing Consultant, you will represent our innovative and rapidly growing company to current and prospective residents. Your responsibilities include building relationships, acting as a product expert, and utilizing your charisma and sales skills to market our apartments. • Conduct off-site and online market research and assist with marketing plans.
• Coordinate resident social events to enhance community satisfaction.
