Our multi-family community, Virtuoso, currently has a full-time Leasing Professional opportunity available. As a Leasing Consultant, your goal will be to energetically and professionally represent our innovative and rapidly growing company to current and prospective residents. You will have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with residents and colleagues, while acting as a knowledgeable resource for property information. Additionally, you will use your charisma and sales skills to market and lease our multi-family homes. This role is suited for someone who is engaging, motivated, and passionate about helping people find their next home.

A Typical Day

• Welcome prospective residents, understand their needs, tour the community, and highlight our amenities.
• Follow up with prospects and work towards leasing our units.
• Complete all steps involved in the lease application process.
• Serve as an expert on our community features, rents, and amenities.
• Conduct off-site and online market research and assist in marketing planning.
• Coordinate resident social events to enhance resident satisfaction.
