Qualifications

• Tuesday through Saturday work schedule.
• Proven track record in customer service or sales.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• Strong work ethic and intrinsic motivation.
• Experience with Yardi property management software is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish speaking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the market competition guru, knowing features and pricing.
• Adapt leasing presentations to secure a yes.
• Follow up and build rapport naturally.

Pay : The pay for this opportunity can vary and may range anywhere from $19 to $20 per hour. The base compensation rate will vary based on education, experience, skills, and geographic location, as applicable.
