Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking a Leasing Consultant at Avenue 25. The Leasing Consultant is the face of the property, greeting guests, showing and leasing apartment homes, explaining options, and delivering exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.

This full-time role drives sales, plans resident events, and contributes to community success by meeting traffic and occupancy goals. A minimum of 1 year in leasing or a related fast-paced sales role is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leasing experience or equivalent in fast-paced sales/customer-facing role.
• Ability to show apartments and close leases.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and shift variations.

Responsibilities

• Showing and leasing apartment homes to prospective residents
• Explaining details of unit options and variations
• Providing exemplary customer service to current and prospective residents
• Greet visitors in a warm, professional manner
• Close the sale and prepare lease paperwork
• Enter resident data into the internal database
• Support sales/marketing strategies to increase traffic
• Plan and participate in resident events and community functions
• Engage with local businesses to promote the property
