Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing in an effort to ensure full lease-up.
• Approve, enter and present all rental applications to the General Manager.
• Investigate and respond to concerns/complaints from residents.
