Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing to ensure full lease-up and high occupancy.
• Manage property licenses and renewal process.
• Investigate and respond to resident concerns in a timely manner.
• Assist in preparation of weekly performance reports.
• Maintain courteous communication with residents and applicants.
