Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interview prospective residents and record information to determine needs and qualifications.
• Accompany prospects to model apartments and discuss layouts, facilities, and lease terms.
• Qualify applicants and verify lease documents and related paperwork.
• Complete lease forms, collect deposits and fees.
• Introduce residents to procedures and promote positive resident relations.
