Two Coast Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to greet, tour, and guide prospective residents through the process of choosing their new home. You will greet visitors, present available units, and answer questions with enthusiasm and professionalism.

The role emphasizes customer service, sales aptitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced community setting. Friday/Saturday scheduling is common, with some Sundays or holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• Experience in leasing or sales is desirable.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist future residents in finding the right apartment home.
• Tour available apartments with enthusiasm and charm.
• Build trust and rapport with residents to create a welcoming community.
• Collaborate with team to hit leasing goals while keeping service top-notch.
• Assist current residents with lease renewals.
