Responsibilities

• Accompanies prospects to model apartments and discusses layouts, facilities, and lease terms.
• Qualifies prospective residents, verifying applications and lease documents.
• Completes lease forms and collects rental deposits and fees.
• Introduces residents to apartment procedures and promotes positive resident relations.
