The position requires 1 year of sales/service experience, HS diploma/GED, and weekend availability. Compensation includes hourly pay with benefits like medical and paid time off, plus rental incentives depending on location.

Qualifications

1 year of demonstrated sales and customer service experience.
High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Must be an effective listener and communicator with the ability to work well on a team.
Ability to work weekends a must.

Responsibilities

Interviews prospective residents and records information to ascertain needs and qualifications.
Accompanies prospects to model apartments and discusses size and layout of rooms, available facilities, and lease terms.
Qualifies prospective residents, verifying applications and lease documents; updates records as necessary.
Completes lease forms, collects rental deposits and application fees.
Introduces residents to apartment procedures and promotes positive resident relations.
