Responsibilities

• Tour apartment homes and amenities to prospects.
• Meet occupancy goals and manage marketing efforts.
• Answer phones and show apartments to prospects.
• Process applications and prepare move-in packages.
• Coordinate move-in orientation with new residents.
• Maintain general correspondence and track inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional leasing consultant with LIHTC experience to assist with marketing and leasing apartments. The leasing consultant will be responsible for leasing, providing exemplary customer service to residents and prospects, assisting with performing office management and the administrative operations of the community.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing

• Touring apartment homes and all amenities to prospects
• Ensuring occupancy goals are met

Site administration

• Answering phone (prospects and residents)
• Showing apartment homes and all amenities to prospects
• Processing applications
• Prepare move-in package
• Move-in orientation with new residents
• General correspondence
• Track traffic on the phone and in person

Resident relations

• Greeting walk-in traffic and answering phones with enthusiasm (prospects and residents)

Other duties as assigned.

• Running and lifting over fifteen (15) pounds.
