Job summary

IMT Residential Cherry Creek is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant to welcome prospective residents, showcase apartments, and guide them from first inquiry to move-in and beyond. Join a 399-unit luxury community and help create a sense of home with outstanding service.

You'll tour homes, highlight amenities, build relationships, and support renewals while upholding Fair Housing laws. Weekend availability is required; driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create an outstanding leasing experience by connecting with prospective residents and helping them discover their perfect home.
• Tour available apartments and highlight community amenities, features, and lifestyle benefits.
• Build strong relationships with residents by providing responsive, personalized service.
• Support resident retention by managing lease renewals and enhancing the resident experience.
• Maintain understanding of Fair Housing laws and ensure compliant interactions.
• Help keep the community looking its best with curb appeal and site conditions.
• Support marketing, outreach, events, and promotional programs.
• Conduct market research to drive leasing success and stay competitive.
• Use MRI software to maintain records and generate reports.
• Collaborate with Community Manager on special projects.

IMT Residential is looking for an enthusiastic and service-driven Leasing Consultant to join our team at IMT Cherry Creek, a 399-unit luxury community located in one of Denver’s most sought-after neighborhoods. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves connecting with people, creating memorable experiences, and helping others find a place they’re proud to call home.

This role follows a Friday–Tuesday schedule (with Wednesdays and Thursdays off), and weekend availability is required.

• Pay - $20.00 - $23.00/hr. depending upon skills and experience related to the role

Position Details

As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the face of our community — welcoming prospective residents, showcasing our beautiful apartments, and guiding them through every step of their journey from first inquiry to move-in and beyond. You’ll build genuine relationships with residents while delivering exceptional service that creates a true sense of community.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain a deep understanding of Fair Housing laws and ensure compliance in all interactions
• Help keep the community looking its best by ensuring exceptional curb appeal and site conditions
• Support marketing initiatives, outreach efforts, resident events, and promotional programs
• Conduct market research to help drive leasing success and stay competitive
• Use MRI software to maintain accurate records, manage information, and generate reports
• Collaborate with the Community Manager and team on special projects and additional responsibilities
