Job summary

IMT Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant for IMT Desert Palm Village in Tempe. The role involves guiding prospective residents from inquiry to move-in, leasing available apartments, and delivering outstanding service to build lasting relationships.

You'll stay informed on Fair Housing regulations, maintain property standards, and contribute to marketing and outreach efforts. Weekend availability is required, with a supportive, team-oriented environment and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience; apartment leasing experience is a plus.
• The ability to connect with a variety of people.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Motivation to succeed driven by your desire to meet or exceed goals and earn incentives based on your performance.
• The ability to work well in a high volume and sometimes stressful environment.

Position Details

As a Leasing Consultant, you will guide people through the process of becoming a resident from the time they inquire about living with us to the time they move in. You will continue the relationship by taking care of their needs to ensure a high quality of community living and feeling of home.
