Brookfield Properties’ Vintage Pointe in Las Vegas is seeking a personable Leasing Consultant to greet prospects, schedule tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process. You will manage leads in our CRM and present apartment homes with a strong emphasis on customer experience.

This role requires high energy and strong communication, with responsibilities including move-in paperwork, coordination with maintenance, and staying current on rates and promotions.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Leasing or property management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospects through leasing process and conduct informative tours.
• Manage inbound leads and scheduling via CRM; follow up after tours.
• Process applications, screenings, leases and move-in procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of apartments, building amenities, rates and promotions.
