Wright Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Leasing Consultant to manage all leasing activities, from showing properties to closing leases, with a focus on high occupancy and profitability for clients.

You will advertise vacancies, host open houses, screen applicants, process payments, and stay informed on local housing trends. Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in property management
• High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Property Management or Real Estate License preferred
• Deep understanding of real estate law and leasing practices
• Up-to-date on the local real estate market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
• Experience with property management software preferred

Responsibilities

• Advertise vacant properties
• Show properties to prospective tenants and inform them of all available amenities
• Hold open houses
• Qualify prospective tenants using background checks and references
• Accept rental payments and provide receipts
• Maintain deep knowledge of the local market and housing trends
• Negotiate leasing terms and close deals
• Inspect properties on a regular basis and schedule necessary maintenance/repairs
• Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned
