CWS Apartments is seeking a Leasing Consultant to blend customer service, sales, and marketing skills to lease apartment homes and meet leasing goals. You will build rapport with customers and residents while managing leasing activities across the community.

The role emphasizes a service-minded, goal-oriented approach. The position requires on-site operations, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of on-site management operations and customer service experience; Yardi experience preferred.
• Sales and customer service experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Able to work weekends and variable schedule; travel to other properties may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Lease the community.
• Market the community.
• Maintain positive resident satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain general office organization.
• Communicate with customers, residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and CWS team members.
• Participate in the CWS Risk Management and Safety Programs.
