Job summary

Two Coast Living in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the heart of our community. You’ll greet future residents, lead tours, answer questions, and guide them through the move-in process, turning inquiries into leases.

You’ll build relationships with current residents, work with a team to hit leasing goals, and handle lease renewals with a friendly, service-driven approach in a fast-paced environment. Some weekends and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred for advancement.
• Previous property management leasing or sales experience required.
• Strong sales techniques and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents in finding the right apartment.
• Show move-in-ready apartments with enthusiasm.
• Build trust and rapport with current residents.
• Work with team to meet leasing goals while delivering excellent service.
• Assist residents with lease renewals.
