Bell Partners is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Flats170 at Academy Yard in Odenton, MD. You will welcome residents and prospects, coordinate tours, and respond to leasing inquiries while ensuring Fair Housing standards.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of customer service experience in hospitality or apartment leasing, a high school diploma or GED, and strong MS Office and communication skills. This is an hourly, full-time position with opportunities for growth.

• 1+ years’ customer service experience; hospitality or apartment leasing role.
• Must demonstrate support of BAL strategic drivers.
• Must demonstrate ability to provide exceptional customer service and a professional image.
• Must be able to work on a team and be well-organized.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for residents, prospects, and visitors to the community.
• Effectively lease apartments and sell property’s products and services in accordance with budget.
• Ensure Fair Housing Standards in all matters when working with prospects and residents.
• Follow up on leasing traffic entries and monitor traffic trends.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of property and major competition.
• Coordinate the resident applications and complete lease packets.

The position will also interact with current residents regarding day-to-day issues as well as coordinating the renewals of existing leases.
