Bell Partners seeks a Leasing Consultant to welcome residents and prospects, coordinate tours, and respond to leasing inquiries. You will interact with residents and manage renewals, serving as the communication hub between residents, management, and maintenance teams.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service, marketing support, and strict Fair Housing adherence while maintaining organized lease files and timely follow-up.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years’ customer service experience; hospitality or apartment leasing role.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome residents, prospects, and visitors to the community.
• Lease apartments and sell property’s products and services in accordance with budget.
• Follow Fair Housing Standards in all matters when working with prospects and residents.
• Assist with marketing activities to position Bell communities as communities of choice.
• Coordinate the resident application review and complete lease packets and files.
• Maintain thorough documentation and follow up on inquiries and issues.

The position will also interact with current residents regarding day-to-day issues as well as coordinating the renewals of existing leases.
