Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Elevate the Grove in China Grove, NC.

You will welcome residents and prospects, coordinate tours, and respond to leasing inquiries while coordinating renewals and serving as a communication hub among residents, management, and maintenance teams. The role requires at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong MS Office skills, and a professional, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ customer service experience; hospitality or apartment leasing role
• Must demonstrate support of BAL strategic drivers,
• Must demonstrate ability to provide exceptional customer service,
• Must be able to work on a team or in a team environment,
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for residents, prospects, and visitors to the community
• Effectively lease apartments and sell property’s products and services in accordance with budget
• Ensure Fair Housing Standards in all matters when working with prospects and residents
• Follow up on leasing traffic entries and monitor traffic trends
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of property and competition
• Coordinate the resident application review and complete lease packets
• Follow up with residents throughout the lease and address inquiries or issues

The position will also interact with current residents regarding day-to-day issues as well as coordinating the renewals of existing leases.
