B Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Leasing Consultant in the Washington, DC area to welcome residents, prospects, and visitors, coordinate tours, and respond to leasing inquiries.

You will lease apartments, guide applicants through the process, ensure Fair Housing practices, manage renewals, and act as the communication hub between residents, management, and maintenance teams. We offer growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience; hospitality or apartment leasing role preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; professional image.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, prospects and visitors and coordinate tours.
• Lease apartments in line with budget and Fair Housing standards.
• Address inquiries and follow up on leasing traffic and renewals.
• Coordinate the resident application review and prepare lease files.
• Support marketing activities to position Bell communities as communities of choice.

The position will also interact with current residents regarding day-to-day issues as well as coordinating the renewals of existing leases.
