CORE Realty Holdings Management, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Arbour Commons Apartments. You will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, conduct tours, guide applicants through the leasing process, and coordinate with the property team to ensure a smooth move-in.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations is a plus!
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Property Tours: Conduct tours of the community and available apartments, highlighting features, amenities, and leasing terms.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to prospective tenants by addressing inquiries and needs.
• Leasing Process: Guide applicants through the leasing process, including background checks and lease preparation.
• Promotional Activities: Assist in marketing efforts, including social media campaigns and events.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, rental rates, and competitor offerings.
• Resident Relations: Maintain relationships to encourage renewals and referrals.
• Administrative Duties: Maintain records of leads, applications, and renewals; assist leasing office tasks.
