Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated sales and closing skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• State leasing license or ability to obtain within required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Market and lease apartments to prospective clients.
• Process lease applications and prepare new contracts.
• Tour models/units and coordinate move-ins.

• Post notices and assist with daily property inspections.
