You will handle applications, coordinate move‑ins, and support advertising while staying compliant with HUD regulations and fair housing requirements. A weekends‑able schedule and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence.
• Able to work weekends.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Read and comprehend English.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries by phone and email to set appointments to show the community.
• Greet prospects, tour model/units, explain occupancy terms and local areas.
• Close the sale and obtain holding deposit or application.
• Follow up with prospects to finalize leases.
• Verify eligibility following regulations and company policies.
• Process applications and conduct move-in with new residents.
• Assist with advertising and promotions and resident retention.
• Monitor market surveys and make competitive recommendations.
• Submit reports timely to the appropriate person.
• Comply with HUD regulations and Fair Housing requirements.
