Valiant Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive leasing, retention, and occupancy while promoting resident satisfaction. You will create a lasting impression on visitors, prospects, and residents through a strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities include greeting prospects, preparing move-in packages, processing applications, recording visits, updating availability, and ensuring policies are followed.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience.
• Experience interacting with the public or in sales.
• Strong English communication; Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain Fair Housing Certification if needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify by criteria.
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Record visits on reports and manage guest cards.
• Inspect models and relay maintenance needs to manager.
• Process applications and deposits per procedures.
• Update availability and process approvals (credit check, rental history).
• Assist in monitoring renewals and send renewal notices.
• Monitor advertising effectiveness and track competitors.
• Represent the company professionally.
• Input lease data into Yardi accurately.
• Support the management team with tasks as required.
• Implement community policies consistently.
