Job summary

Northland in Tampa, FL is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant to deliver a top-tier resident experience. You will handle apartment leasing, tours, new and existing resident retention, and community marketing, while coordinating calls and appointments on a busy property.

Weekend shifts may be required and travel to assist other properties could occur; you will support the onsite team with a professional, customer-focused approach and uphold Northland's standards of service.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience is required.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively while adhering to deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with residents, vendors and coworkers.
• Working weekend shifts may be required for this role and will be discussed in the interview process.
• Travel may be required to assist other properties or for training.
• May be required to operate a golf cart to travel around the property.

About the Role

Northland is looking for a motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team The Leasing Consultant represents Northland by delivering a top tier customer experience to residents and prospects In this role responsibilities include but are not limited to apartment leasing touring prospective residents current resident retention and satisfaction as well as community focused marketing The day to day will consist of managing inbound and outbound calls multi tasking to balance walk ins and scheduled appointments and supporting the onsite team with other tasks as needed Northlands leasing team always maintains the highest level of professionalism and customer service when working with our residents vendors and guests As part of our promise to deliver a top tier experience to our residents leasing team members will assist on weekends as needed

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand walk andor sit for extended periods of time climb bend and squat
