Job summary

Bader Development in Saint Paul, MN, is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Soul & Nova SP Apartments. You will screen applicants, show apartments, process applications, and coordinate renewals, while delivering excellent customer service to residents and prospects.

This full-time, on-site role offers a competitive pay range and benefits, including health and retirement plans, paid time off, and potential rent discounts. You will work Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• 1 year leasing/property management experience or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to screen applicants and coordinate renewals.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of application information, screening processes and policies.
• Play an active role in renewal processes.
• Maintain resident retention programs under the Property Manager.
• Handle resident requests and complaints courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain resident and property files and ensure proper administrative processing.
• Prepare model and target apartments for show and maintain curb appeal.
• Know lease terms, rates, locations and amenities of the property.
• Assist in marketing and market updates as directed.
• Operate in accordance with OSHA standards and Fair Housing rules.
