Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Leasing Consultant to act as the community’s sales representative, greeting clients and presenting features, ensuring proper lease agreements are secured from qualified applicants. You will manage move-ins, maintain knowledge of terms, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, organized attention to detail, and experience in leasing or customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Customer service experience preferred in a leasing role.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to remain professional and courteous in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and present features and benefits of the community.
• Secure lease agreements from qualified applicants.
• Maintain knowledge of lease terms, unit specs, availability, and policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and sales techniques.
• Maintain contact with locator services and local businesses for informational materials.
• Conduct outreach marketing and competitive property awareness.
• Develop and maintain resident retention programs.
• Create new move-in resident files and assist with ongoing file maintenance.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Handle resident requests and complaints courteously and efficiently.
