Bader Development in Minneapolis seeks a Leasing Consultant to manage rental applications, screening, and renewals while delivering excellent resident service.

You will maintain files, prepare show-ready units, and stay informed about lease terms and current market rates to drive leasing success.

This full-time role offers strong benefits, a Tue-Fri 9a-6p and Sat 11a-5p schedule, with compensation of $20–$21 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of rental application information, screening processes and policies.
• Play an active role in the renewal process.
• Develop and maintain a resident retention program under the Property Manager.
• Handle resident requests and complaints courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain proper maintenance of resident and property files.
• Ensure model and target apartments are show-ready and keep work areas clean.
• Know lease terms, market conditions and current rental rates.
• Assist in marketing the property as directed.
• Adhere to OSHA standards and Fair Housing rules.
