Northland is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant for Bigelow Commons in Enfield, CT. You will lease apartments, conduct tours, and focus on resident satisfaction while coordinating calls and walk-ins to support the on-site team.

Weekend shifts may be required, and travel to assist other properties may be needed. The role emphasizes a top-tier customer experience and professional interaction with residents and vendors.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience is required.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration with residents, vendors, and teammates.
• Working weekend shifts may be required and discussed in the interview.
• Travel may be required to assist other properties or to attend training.
• May be required to operate a golf cart to traverse the property.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and conduct tours for prospects.
