Two Coast Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to greet prospective residents, tour available apartments, and guide them to their new home. You’ll build relationships, hit leasing goals with your team, and help renewals, while delivering friendly, top-notch service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment on busy Fridays and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous property management or leasing experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to work on busy days including Fridays and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and help find the right apartment.
• Tour apartments with enthusiasm.
• Build trust with current residents to foster a welcoming community.
• Work with team to meet leasing goals.
• Assist with lease renewals.
