Responsibilities

• Greet clients and present community features and benefits.
• Collect deposits and process applications for future residents.
• Ensure model/target apartments are ready for show and maintain a clean workspace.
• Maintain knowledge of lease terms, unit availability, market conditions, and policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and sales techniques.
• Maintain relationships with locator services and local businesses for informational material.
• Conduct outreach marketing and competitive property scouting.
• Develop and maintain resident retention programs.
• Create new move-in resident files and manage ongoing file maintenance.
