CWS Apartment Homes is seeking a Leasing Consultant to blend customer service, sales, and marketing to lease our apartment homes. You will work to meet leasing goals, build rapport with customers and residents, and represent our community with professionalism.

Responsibilities include leasing, marketing, and maintaining resident satisfaction while keeping office organization in top shape. This role requires weekend availability and flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of on-site management operations and customer service is preferred.
• Yardi software experience is a plus.
• Sales and customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lease the community.
• Market the community.
• Maintain positive resident satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain general office organization.
• Communicate with customers, residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and CWS team members.
• Participate in the CWS Risk Management and Safety Programs.
