Job summary

CWS Apartment Homes seeks a Leasing Consultant to combine customer service, sales, and marketing to lease apartment homes and drive occupancy. You will work toward leasing goals, build rapport with customers and residents, and represent a product you believe in.

The role emphasizes on-site management operations, strong communication, and the ability to travel to multiple properties as needed, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Knowledge of on-site management operations and customer service experience; Yardi software experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance required.
• Sales and customer service experience is required.
• Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends and emergencies.
• Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lease the community.
• Market the community to potential residents.
• Maintain resident satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain general office organization.
• Communicate with customers, residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and CWS team members.
• Participate in CWS Risk Management and Safety Programs.
