Klingbeil Capital Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Briar Grove Townhomes in Westminster, CO. The role focuses on converting prospects to tours and leases, delivering excellent resident experiences, and actively engaging communities via social media.

You will follow up with prospects, provide personalized tours, and maintain a strong customer-first approach, including weekend availability to meet demand and drive occupancy.

• Willingness to engage with residents by phone and text.

Responsabilités

• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into tours.
• Provide informative, tailored tours of the community to secure leases.
• Ensure outstanding resident experiences to build brand loyalty.
• Create awareness and interest through social media.
• Work weekends (three weekends per month) with two days off midweek.
