Klingbeil Capital Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Briar Grove Townhomes in Westminster, CO. The role focuses on converting prospects to tours and leases, delivering excellent resident experiences, and actively engaging communities via social media.

You will follow up with prospects, provide personalized tours, and maintain a strong customer-first approach, including weekend availability to meet demand and drive occupancy.

Primary Responsibilities:

You possess a caring nature and derive satisfaction from brightening people's days. You highly regard forging connections and engaging in meaningful conversations, and your authentic desire to make individuals feel comfortable enables you to naturally resolve customer issues.

• Following up with prospects, imparting helpful and convincing information about the community and neighborhood, and converting leads into community tours.
• Providing informative and tailored tours of the apartment community to secure new leases.
• Ensuring consistent outstanding resident experiences to establish brand loyalty.
• Creating awareness, interest, and enthusiasm through social media.
• Being available to work on weekends, three weekends per month, with two days off during the week, when potential residents are actively seeking their new homes.

The salary range represents the low and high end of Klingbeil Capital Management's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel.
